I also appreciated how she remembered details about things that were important to me/I was looking for (me: ”this is a decent bathroom,” L- “but remember you wanted a window in the master bathroom,” Me- “oh yeah that’s right!) Literally the best REALTOR you can go with hands down. We have used her both for buying 2 homes and selling 1 home in the last 4 years. There is nothing she doesn’t know and no end she won’t go to so your home needs are fully taken care of. For instance, when selling this house we ran into some speed bumps because of a buyer that dropped out last minute and she knew exactly what to do and communicated well about next steps.
